The Members of Charity Guild are excited to welcome you to our Spring Luncheon!  Included below are a few reminders!

Event Location & Timing: Thursday April 27, Marriott Harbor Beach (3030 Holiday Drive).  The event will kick off at 11:00am with a Champagne Reception, and guests will be seated for Lunch & Fashion Show at 12:00noon.

PreRegister: We strongly encourage all attendees to pre register in Givesmart prior to the luncheon to expedite any onsite purchases and long lines. If you purchased your ticket through Givesmart, you have an account already.  We recommend logging in and saving the page to your home screen.  In addition-save your credit card in your account for expedited check out!

Raffle Tickets & VIP Upgrade Chances:  In addition to the amazing funds raised through ticket sales and sponsorships, we also raise money through raffle sales and VIP Table upgrade ticket chances.  VIP chances are $10ea and enter you in a raffle to upgrade your entire table to our amazing VIP table!  In addition, there are two types of raffle tickets-1) Champagne Raffle Tickets for $25 each or 5 for $100 (these include items with a value greater than $1,000) or 2) Member Basket Raffle Tickets for $10 each or 15 for $100 (these include items with a value of $1,000 or less).

Champagne & Centerpieces:  If you forgot to purchase a bottle of champagne for your table in advance, there will be a limited supply for sale onsite.   The bottle will be labeled with your name and placed at your table! In addition, consider purchasing one of our beautiful centerpieces to take home with you!

Silent Auction: During our reception, guests will have an opportunity to bid on items in our silent auction through bid sheets!  Be sure to leave time to peruse the Silent Auction Items onsite to have a chance to win!

Live Auction, Gift from the Heart and Speaker Notes:  During the luncheon, we will open up a live auction for a chance to win some fabulous items. Please be respectful of our speakers and auctioneer in order to catch all the wonderful  things we have in store for our guests! In addition, each year we do a direct "ask" to consider donating to our Gift from the Heart Fund. This is money that is goes directly in the hands of KID and CDTC (not towards a ticket, raffle item etc)!

Parking: Guests are encouraged to ride share!  If you plan on driving, self parking is available, as is valet (Convention Center Entrance). Valet and self parking is $10 and guests are asked to bring cash.  Please note-if you valet and stay beyond 3:00pm, valet will move your car from Convention Center Valet to Main Lobby Valet. So pickup is from the main hotel lobby!
